Cancellation of Services: If you cancel a service with at least 24 hours’ notice, you may be eligible for a full refund for any prepaid sessions not yet rendered.
Service Not Rendered: If a session is not conducted due to our fault or a scheduling issue on our part, a refund will be provided for the missed session.
Service Quality Issues: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the service, please contact us within 7 days of the service. We will review your concerns and may offer a partial or full refund based on our assessment.
Non-Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds will generally not be provided for the following reasons:

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee, and refunds will not be provided for the missed sessions.
Unused Sessions: Prepaid sessions that are not used by the client, except in cases where the service was not rendered, will not be eligible for a refund.
Change of Mind: If you change your mind after a service has been rendered or booked, refunds will not be issued.

For any educational materials purchased from us:

Return Policy: Physical materials may be returned within 14 days of receipt if they are in their original, unopened, and unused condition. The return must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds for Returned Materials: Refunds for returned materials will be processed once the items are received and inspected. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
